How do I transfer money via a wire transfer?

1. Log in to your Pibank Savings using the mobile app.
2. Go to the Wire & Internal Transfers tab.
3. Choose the account to transfer from.
4. Enter the amount. (Optional) Add a description.
5. Click Continue.
6. Select the recipient:
   • Choose from Registered Beneficiaries, or
   • If adding a new recipient, enter the bank details under New Account.
7. Review and confirm the wire transfer details.
8. Click Confirm to complete the transfer.

NOTE: Federal holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not considered business days. For more details, please refer to your Pibank Deposit Agreement. We also recommend consulting with the financial institution you’re transferring funds from or to for  information on their cutoff times and fee schedules. Pibank does not charge fees for wire transfers; however, the bank sending or receiving the funds may charge fees for outgoing and incoming wire transfers.
