How can I access my money?

With your Pibank Savings account, you can transfer money via wire transfer to your other financial institution. Pibank does not charge fees for wire transfers. However, your other financial institution may choose to charge you a fee. Please verify with your other financial institution for any wire transfer related fees.

Note: Pibank Savings does not support payments through Bill Pay or Zelle®.

ATTENTION – Existing Pibank Customers Who Opened Accounts Between 08/12/2024 and 03/14/2025
Effective April 14, 2025, Pibank will no longer initiate or accept incoming or outgoing ACH transfers, including microdeposits. Examples of ACH transactions include payroll deposits, Social Security benefits, IRS refunds, and outgoing utility bill payments set up as automatic payments online.
