The Bill Pay option is available to all customers. Online Bill Pay offers
the convenience of paying bills and checking your payment history in the
privacy of your home or office. Online Bill Pay can be accessed 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week from anywhere internet access is available.

How does Bill Payment work? |

Online Bill Pay allows you to pay your bills 24 hours per day, 7 days per week from anywhere that you can access the Internet.
Bill Pay allows you to set up your payee information and use it repeatedly to make payments to anyone you would pay by check. You can pay the person who mows your lawn or the cable TV company or your mortgage payment. Anyone that can be paid by check, can be paid through Bill Pay.

After I make a bill payment, how long does it take for the money to be debited from my account? |

If the payment is made electronically, the funds will be debited electronically from your account on the payment date. If the payment is by check, the funds will be withdrawn from your account when the check is presented at Pacific International Bank for payment. |

How long does it take for a payment to reach the payee? |
|
A |
An electronic payment will access the payee's account within 2-3 business days. If the payment is made by check, you should allow the same amount of time for it to get to the payee as you would if you mailed it yourself. We recommend allowing 7 - 10 business days to ensure the payee receives the payment on time. |
