IT Manager - Seattle

  • Assist CISO ensuring all applicable GLBA matters are addressed adequately and timely
  • Assist CISO in GLBA methodologies, templates, instructions and documentation
  • Help develop implementation & testing procedures in compliance with FFIEC regulation
  • Provide technical and functional application analysis, development, design, testing, installation, maintenance and operation of corporate business systems
    (PI Bank; Domain sever, SWIFT, FedLine Advantage, Item Processing-Check21system, ReportNet, BSA Management system, Core Banking-JHA)
  • Define system requirements, perform functional and/or technical analysis, design system configuration and development, plan and execute testing for supported applications, monitor performance, maintain files, perform security authorization administration, manage change, perform configuration control, and ensure functional and/or technical integration with other applications and business processes.
  • Lead in the development of policies and procedures
  • Additional responsibilities include, application installation support, workflow process improvements, table/profile building, application training/education, and application maintenance

IT Technician I - Seattle

  • Provide help desk support to local users
  • Review computer requirements and prepare computer for delivery to user
  • Install and configure hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printer, disk drives, etc
  • Install and configure software packages such as operating systems, word processing, spreadsheet programs, etc
  • Responds to end-user support inquiries, troubleshoots and diagnoses hardware, software, desktop, network, and end-user problems
  • Recommend or perform corrective actions to solve problems
  • Coordinates activities with help desk, network services, or other information systems groups
  • Coordinate hardware or peripheral repairs with vendors
  • Provides telephone support, internal wiring, and switch administration
  • Tracks hardware and software inventory
  • Instruct users in use of equipment, software, and manuals
  • Specifies or recommendations hardware and software configurations
  • Provides reports, updates, or status information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication

Teller/Personal Banker- Bellevue

  • Process customer's financial transactions
  • Identify and sell Bank products and services beneficial to the customer's needs
  • Address customer's questions and concerns and refer to appropriate internal resources for resolution
  • Proficient computer skills

Credit Analyst - Seattle

  • Conduct credit investigations
  • Analyze credit and financial information to determine credit-worthiness, provide credit information and references for customers, loan officers or other agencies as requested
  • Compile credit results and prepare reports for bank loan committee
  • Other projects as assigned
  • 4 year degree or equivalent in related fields
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
